Yoga & Meditation in Mitte SANA Studio is not only a yoga class but a space for holistic wellbeing: of body, mind and spirit. At SANA Studio, we believe in creating a safe space to experience movement, meditation, breathwork, and the beauty of connection—within yourself and with your surroundings. Whether you’re seeking to deepen your practice, find calm in your busy life, or simply explore new ways to move, Sana Studio offers a holistic approach to support your journey. We want to move beyond the poses, beyond the rigidity of the physical to bring awareness to different practices that will anchor us into the present - and tap into out potential. ‘Yoga Sana’ means ‘Yoga Heals’ in Spanish, and this is the power we want to unleash with our studio sessions. By targeting some concrete emotions and challenges that currently affect us - burnout, stress - we utilize the full potential of the yoga practice and give our students tools to dive deeper into the practice.

We offer our courses at DENIZEN's Self-Care Studio. It has a separate entrance directly at the street, so you can come straight ahead. Come at least 5-10 minutes before the class, as we like to start punctual. Feel free to bring your own mat if you want, but we have also mats, blocks and other props at the studio.
