Auf einer ruhigen Wiese, umgeben von Bäumen und dennoch gut erreichbar, findest du Raum, um anzukommen, dich zu bewegen und mit einem klaren, zentrierten Geist in den Tag zu starten. Die Stunde ist für alle Level geeignet. Im Mittelpunkt stehen bewusste Bewegung, Atmung und Entspannung – für mehr Erdung, Beweglichkeit und innere Balance. Ich stelle dir alles zur Verfügung, was du brauchst: 13 Yogamatten sowie Gurte, Blöcke und Decken. Wenn du lieber auf deiner eigenen Matte praktizierst, kannst du diese selbstverständlich gerne mitbringen. **Wetter** Die Stunde findet grundsätzlich bei jedem Wetter statt. Nur bei Regen oder einer offiziellen Wetterwarnung muss sie ausfallen. Da sich Wetterprognosen oft kurzfristig ändern, entscheide ich spätestens **eine Stunde vor Kursbeginn**, ob die Stunde stattfinden kann. Eine eventuelle Absage erfolgt entsprechend kurzfristig. Surrounded by trees on a peaceful lawn that is easy to reach, you'll have the opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and start your day with a clear and focused mind. The class is suitable for all levels. We will focus on mindful movement, breath, and relaxation to cultivate strength, balance, flexibility, and inner calm. I provide everything you need for your practice: up to 13 yoga mats, as well as blocks, straps, and blankets. If you prefer to use your own mat, you're very welcome to bring it. **Weather Policy** Classes take place in almost all weather conditions. We only cancel in case of rain or an official weather warning. As weather forecasts can change quickly, a final decision to cancel due to rain will be made **one hour before the class starts**.
