Once you arrive at the studio, please open the app and scan the QR code. After checking in, please show the check-in confirmation to your trainer before the class begins. For your first visit, please arrive 10–15 minutes early. Please note that grip socks are required for all reformer classes. You are welcome to bring your own or purchase a pair directly at the studio.
