The purpose of this open level social bathata course, and future ones like it, is this: 1. pick ONE bachata technique 2. gain a deep understanding of it, and then 3. apply it in 3 different ways from simple to progressively more technical.
Your instructor Jamie teaches in a fun yet devotedly technical way, that will make sure everybody understands every single part of every single move we use in our lessons.
This will NOT be a class where you learn long forgettable combos. Here you will learn field tested social safe techniques, that are appropriate for all bachata dancers.
This is NOT a class all about leaders.
Followers are held to an even higher standard. This is because class all exercises have some variablity to keep followers out of "autopilot mode "and into "following mode."
Prerequisites: This class is open level but not for absolute beginners. Please have at least 2 months of bachata experience, in order to benefit from the course. See you soon!

FINDING THE PLACE: For courses at Cumbancha studio: Don't trust Google Maps! You're better off entering Möckernstr 68 into your GPS manually (as opposed to "Cumbancha"). Once you get into the inner courtyard (accessed from Möckernstr), go all the way and then turn to the right. There it is, you found it!
