- Please book your desired class in advance through the schedule. - Arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the class for check-in and a brief orientation. - Bring clean sportswear and a large towel for your training session. - Training on the mats is done barefoot; street shoes are strictly prohibited in the training area. - For the functional training zone, clean indoor sports shoes are required. - Boxing gloves and shin guards can be rented on-site for a small fee. - Please bring your own padlock for the use of the lockers. - Mouthguards and groin guards are highly recommended for all contact-based martial arts classes.
