CITY RITUAL & GRACEFUL MOVEMENT COMMUNITY EVENTS
Audre-Lorde-Str. has been the home of our community rituals and gatherings since 2019. These sessions are deeply intentional and full of rich teachings. When you attend a City Ritual, you're invited to particpate, to receive and to connect, to be a student and to accept me as your teacher for the duration of our time together.
We work with the layers of the body - mental, energetic, emotional & physical. We work with spirit, as above so below, as within, so without.

Informações importantes
💛 Ring for Sporthalle + come through to the back yard, go through the little blue door in the right hand corner, and up to the 3rd floor.
💙 We have mats + equipment at the studio free for you to use
🧡 Please bring a tea cup, your journal and pen, and of course you're welcome to bring your own mat etc if you prefer.
💜 You can arrive up to 20 minutes before the class starts. Please don't be late, once the session has begun, I cannot open the door.
💚 We have a unisex changing room, 1 toilet, no shower.
💛 Dress for Ritual* and be ready to move and sit comfortably *adornment is encouraged, but let it be genuine and embodied. It might stretch you a bit as you figure out how to do this authentically, but I hope you can receive the invitation.
💜 Bring water and a sweat towel if you want
🧡 Practice clean boundaries & bodily agency and respect, for yourself and everyone you are sharing the space with
💙 This is a community event, please allow time to arrive and leave without rushing so that we can keep the space open and accessible for connection.
