If you can't attend the class, you must cancel your booking 3 hours in advance. Otherwise, the visit will be deducted from your monthly allowance and an additional fee will be charged by Urban Sports Club. When you arrive, you will need to scan the Urban Sports Club QR code to check in upon arrival. Arrival time is 15 minutes before class and check in closes 2 minutes prior to the start of class, regardless of online booking. No late entry. If you have booked online and arrive after check in closes, you forfeit your spot. No exceptions will be made. Phones are not allowed in class. Please leave your phone in your bag and ensure that your phone is either off or on silent during class. Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to stretch and move freely. We have a bathroom and a changing room available. Mats are provided free of charge. You are also welcome to bring your own mat. All classes are taught in English.
