Milena offers 60-minutes sessions of Ilan Lev Method, a hands on body work method that helps to release pain and tensions as well as it balances the the relation of body and mind. In the sessions, she takes time to respond to individual needs, as she welcomes every patient as the full complex being they are. Through mobilization of the joints, she invites movement to flow freely through the body, washing away blockages to bring in new life energy. It’s a gentle, yet stimulating method, where the patient is fully dressed and laying on a massage table. Ilan Lev Method is a celebration of life that hopefully lets you discover yourself anew with a sense of joy and ease.
