Informações importantes
Please make sure to arrive a little in advance, so we can start classes right on time. Doors will be locked during class - please, if you're late don't hammer against the doors or scream or do anything else to draw attention to yourself - remember there are people inside who try to focus on form and execution, be considered with other people's time and energy.
For safety reasons grippy socks are mandatory at every class! (No exceptions!!) You can get a pair at the studio or you can bring your own ones.
If you're new to reformer pilates please sign up for the Reformer Rookie Class, our instructors will introduce you to the reformer properly and build a strong and solid fundamental for all following classes, you have to understand the basics to improve your training results in the long run.
