THIS IS ALL RIDE. We call it Club Cycling! Feel the bass and beat as you groove through your high-intensity full-body indoor cycling workout, perfectly synchronized with the rhythm of the music. It’s not just a club atmosphere; it’s an authentic club experience, packed into 45 minutes of pure fun, sweat, and exhilaration. Have you ever stepped out of a nightclub feeling stronger, healthier, and fitter? No? Well, get ready for your first time. We can’t wait to ride with you! CHOOSE YOUR RIDE NR45 – A balanced mix of choreography, strength, speed and resistance. FLOW – Slower paces. More recovery. Get lost in the music. Beginner-friendly. CHOREO – More moves. More combinations. More choreo. PERFORMANCE – Less choreo. More power and resistance. FULL BODY PUMP – Cycling meets strength. THEME RIDES – One artist, genre, era or theme. One ride. EVERYTHING YOU NEED Just bring yourself, your workout clothes and a water bottle – we’ve got the rest. Cycling shoes are included, and a fresh workout towel will be waiting for you on your bike. You’ll also find changing rooms, lockers and showers, including shower towels, shower gel and shampoo. And after your ride? Grab one of our signature ice-cold towels and cool down before heading back into the real world.
