Yoga - Indoor und Online in Friedrichshain und Prenzlauer Berg At Lotos we broadcast our classes live from our Berlin based studios. The classes are livestreamed on YouTube in HD quality, so the sound and image are great! We offer 100 Yoga Classes per week in both English and German. Some of the Yoga Styles we offer are: Vinyasa, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Power Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Meditation, Sound Healings, Healthy Back, Pre- & Post-Natal. We have classes for yoga beginners all the way to advanced yogis. We are looking forward to flowing with you!
