HOW DO I WORK/WHAT WILL YOU GAIN? In our sessions, I will provide you with a unique opportunity to connect your mind, body, and emotions. By establishing a harmonious understanding and communication between these elements, we will unlock the profound wisdom that resides within you. This will enable you to gain valuable insights into the challenges you're facing and discover solutions that empower you to overcome them. The change happens not only when "understood", but also and often most strongly and effectively when FELT. I will guide you through a transformative journey of self-discovery, helping you unlock your capacity for self-leadership and self-guidance. With the Pantarei Approach, you'll feel empowered to move through life with confidence, more ease and tackle any obstacle that comes your way. HOW THE SESSION LOOKS LIKE: The session will take 1 to 1,5hr. 25 min conversation (getting to know you, your life's story and your topic/s) 30 min hands on (continuing the conversation which will include touch while laying on the massage table or standing. Clothes on.) 5-10 min integration (all times can differentiate according to your personal process and the session you booked).
