As a Certified Yoga Coach, I created Yoga Sacral to allow women, at any stage of their life, to get to know and explore their bodies through conscious movement, breathing and meditation. In Yoga Sacral practices, you will open and release the hips and strengthen the pelvic floor, thus contributing to good physical, emotional, and mental health and well-being. Regular practice helps increase self-awareness and self-esteem, sensations, sexual desire and pleasure, prepare for a healthy pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum, and prevent involuntary urinary loss. We store emotions and traumas in our hips, so by working on this part of the body, we are also releasing emotional blockages. Yoga Sacral allows you to unleash and celebrate the feminine power!

Opening hours are determined by the class schedule. The studio opens 10 minutes before classes.
If you're unable to attend a class, kindly cancel the reservation at least 12 hours in advance. Otherwise, the visit will be deducted from your monthly limits, and an additional fee will be charged.
Please bring yoga mat, water and comfortable clothes.
