Shiatsu is great to come back to the body, stretch and release all the fascia and muscles - welcome your nervous system and give it some love. It can also open new doors, as our body can guide us :) Shiatsu uses the meridians, but I can come from dance and also learn osteopathy since 1 year. Im happy to welcome you at my queer led collective Praxis SPARK near Ostkreuz. Is it to support your body and yourself with a small Massage, you are welcome here to find some rest and to be take care of.
