Tanzen in Kreuzberg und Charlottenburg Sofiya is an experienced dance teacher, choreographer, and performer. In her technique, the spine is perceived as a core motor of movement. By incorporating healthy exercises for improving the back and core muscle strength, she brings awareness to the spine and back. These healthy exercises are combined in the exercises session “Healthy Back”, which is perfect for people experiencing back pain. In her dance, she places an emphasis on emotion and creates choreographies that are inspired by real personal stories and strong inner emotions. Her style can be best described as a contemporary oriental dance and bellydance fusion, with elements of body isolations and waving.
