Yoga in Wedding Soul Treats™ Classes combine different disciplines and perspectives on the yogic concepts connection, acceptance and inclusion. Main Style are dance based Vinyasa, alignment focused Hatha and Yin yoga supported by aromatherapy. Each month has a particular focus i.e. shoulder mobility, backbends, somatic connection, transitions. Marianne Schmidt aka Mary- Soul Treats™ founder - is a yoga teacher with 800hrs+ YA Certification as well as a massage therapist and holistic bodyworker since 2012. Blöcken, Decken, Gurte sind vor Ort für Jeden vorhanden. Ich empfehle dir die eigene Matte mitzubringen. Leihmatte gibt es auch. Gruppengröße: max 12 Personen
