Studio HEIDECK14 ist mehr als ein Ort für Yoga. Es ist ein Raum zum Ankommen.
In einer Zeit, in der wir oft von Kurs zu Kurs eilen, möchten wir einen Ort schaffen, an dem echte Begegnung möglich ist. Einen Ort, an dem Menschen nicht nur gemeinsam praktizieren, sondern sich nach und nach kennenlernen dürfen.
Unter der Woche erwarten dich Yoga-, Breathwork- und somatische Klassen mit unterschiedlichen Schwerpunkten. Wir üben mal kraftvoll und dynamisch, mal ruhig und regenerativ. Am Wochenende öffnen wir den Raum für besondere Events, Workshops und Community-Formate.
Direkt über dem Studio befindet sich das Café HEIDECK14, das (an den meisten) Wochenenden zum Verweilen einlädt. Manchmal beginnt eine gute Begegnung auf der Matte und setzt sich bei einem Kaffee fort.
Unsere Werte sind Offenheit, Verbundenheit, Tiefe und Wärme. Egal ob du neu auf der Matte bist oder bereits lange praktizierst, bei uns bist du willkommen.

Studio HEIDECK14 is more than a place for yoga. It is a space to arrive.
In a world where we often rush from one class to the next, we want to create a place where genuine connection can happen. A place where people not only practice together, but gradually get to know one another.
During the week, we offer yoga, breathwork, and somatic classes with different focuses. Sometimes our practice is strong and dynamic, sometimes gentle, restorative, and grounding. On weekends, we open the space for special events, workshops, and community gatherings.
Just above the studio, you'll find Café HEIDECK14 (open on most weekends), a welcoming spot to slow down and stay awhile. Sometimes a meaningful connection begins on the mat and continues over a cup of coffee.
Our values are openness, connection, depth, and warmth. Whether you're completely new to the practice or have been on the path for years, you are welcome here.

• Bitte sei spätestens 5 Minuten vor Kursbeginn im Studio. Unser Team ist bereits 15 Minuten vor Beginn für dich da.
• Für alle Indoor-Klassen stellen wir Yogamatten und Hilfsmittel kostenlos zur Verfügung.
• Für Outdoor-Klassen treffen wir uns zum Check-in im Studio und gehen anschließend gemeinsam etwa 15 Minuten zum Outdoor-Spot. Bitte bringe hierfür deine eigene Yogamatte mit.
• Umkleidemöglichkeiten sind vorhanden. Duschen stehen derzeit nicht zur Verfügung.
• Bitte trage bequeme Kleidung und bringe bei Bedarf etwas zum Trinken mit.

• Please arrive at the studio at least 5 minutes before class starts. Our team will be there 15 minutes before the beginning of each class.
• Yoga mats and props are provided free of charge for all indoor classes.
• For outdoor classes, we meet at the studio for check-in and then take a short 15-minute walk together to the outdoor location. Please bring your own yoga mat for these classes.
• Changing rooms are available. Please note that there are currently no showers.
• Please wear comfortable clothing and bring water if needed.
