I’m Sunny, a yoga and dance teacher focused on mindful movement, relaxation, and holistic wellbeing. My space is a calm, modern healing time where you can release stress, build strength, and reconnect with yourself.
You will find Dynamic Healing: Breathwork and Movement — suitable for all levels and open for everyone. The class support relaxation, stress relief, and a healthy body–mind balance.
Sensual Dance is offered exclusively for women and invites to reconnect with your body, confidence and inner rhythm in a safe atmosphere.
I also offer LightBaths that invite you into a deeply transformative experience — a journey through sound, frequency and light. The nervous system softens, the mind becomes quiet, and a mystical, meditative state can open new insights and deep calm.
Although I am originally from Berlin, I teach in English so international members feel welcome and comfortable. My intention is to provide professional guidance, a supportive environment, and a place to truly recharge.
