If you’re looking for a place to slow down, recharge, and feel stronger in your body and calmer in your mind — this is for you.
I’m Sunny, a yoga and dance teacher focused on mindful movement, relaxation, and holistic wellbeing. A calm, modern healing space where you can release stress, build strength, and reconnect with yourself.
You will find Dharma Yoga, Yin Yoga, Breathwork and Dance as a Healing Practice, Meditation, Barre, Pilates and Splits Training — suitable for all levels and open for everyone. These classes support relaxation, stress relief, flexibility, posture and a healthy body–mind balance.
I also offer LightBaths which invite you into a deeply transformative experience — a journey through sound, frequency and light. The nervous system softens, the mind becomes quiet, and a mystical, meditative state can open new insights and deep calm.
Although I am originally from Berlin, I teach in English so international members feel welcome and comfortable. My intention is to provide professional guidance, a supportive environment, and a place to truly recharge.
