Yoga in Bonn - Kessenich I offer outdoor Vinyasa / Pilates-inspired yoga classes focused on functional movement, posture, strength, and mobility. The sessions are beginner-friendly and combine dynamic flow with mindful awareness, helping participants build a strong, balanced, and healthy body while enjoying the fresh air. Classes take place in Poppelsdorf Park (just in front of the Botanical garden entrance) and provide a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for all levels. Please note that sessions are weather-dependent and will not take place in case of rain. Participants are kindly asked to bring their own yoga mat or towel to practice on the ground.
