In this class, emotions guide our movement, connecting raw feeling to music and personal storytelling. Designed for professional dancers, E/Motion Dance class blends modern and contemporary techniques with Pilates principles to emphasise fluidity, alignment, and sharp, intricate dynamics. Beyond technique, this class serves as a performance practice lab. You won't just learn steps; you will actively research how to translate internal emotional landscapes into a commanding stage presence. Through structured choreography, rhythmic exploration, and spatial awareness, you will refine your individual artistry and cultivate the presence required for live performance.
