Welcome to Yoga with Reka: a cozy, fully equipped indoor studio where yoga is about moving your body, slowing down, and creating a little space for yourself ✨ Expect a mindful and energising Vinyasa Flow practice with a different theme and intention for each class. We’ll focus on conscious movement, connecting with the breath, and being fully present on the mat. Depending on the class, we may also explore breathwork, meditation, or a short guided journaling practice. You don’t need to bring anything except your curiosity and comfortable yoga clothes, everything else is provided in the studio. And the experience doesn’t have to end when the class does. I love creating a welcoming space where we can have a cup of tea before or after practice, chat, connect, and sometimes continue the morning together over brunch or coffee. Come for the yoga, stay for the good vibes. All levels are welcome. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or already have an established practice, you’re invited to move, breathe, and simply be.

Informações importantes

Please arrive on time so you have enough time to settle in before the class begins. Out of respect for the teacher, the practice, and the peace of the group, late arrivals cannot be accepted once the class has started. What to bring: Just comfortable yoga clothes and your curiosity. The studio is fully equipped with yoga mats and all other equipment you may need. Changing & shower facilities: Please note that there is no shower available at the studio. Changing clothes is only possible in a shared/mixed bathroom. If you prefer more privacy, I recommend arriving already dressed in your comfortable yoga clothes. Tea & community: Tea is available before and after class, and you’re very welcome to stay for a little chat.
