Yu Pilates Studio is a cozy Reformer Pilates space with welcoming, community-driven vibes. Classes are intentionally small, so you receive genuine, personalized attention. As the first studio in the area to offer Reformer Towers, the Cadillac, and the Wunda Chair, we provide expert-led, accessible sessions — including prenatal and postnatal training and thoughtfully adapted classes — ensuring everyone moves safely, confidently, and with care.

Paid street parking is available nearby. Please allow extra time to park during peak hours.
In a distance if around 7 mins walk, you can use the parking of Hoogvliet in Levendaal.
Arrival:
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class to settle in.
The studio door closes at class start time to ensure a smooth session.
