Besuchsregelung:

M und L-Mitglieder können 4 Mal pro Monat an den Kursen von Slows - Mental Health Gym - Mitte teilnehmen. XL-Mitglieder können 8 Mal pro Monat an den Kursen von Slows - Mental Health Gym - Mitte teilnehmen.

Wichtige Informationen:

Please arrive 15 minutes before the class starts, as no entry is allowed once the session begins. We have a 12-hour cancellation policy; cancellations made within 12 hours of the class time will not be refunded. Note that we do not have changing rooms or lockers; everything takes place in a single room. There is a restroom available, but it is not wheelchair accessible. For specific classes like our journaling sessions, please check the class description to see if any materials are required to bring.
