Yoga in Treptow Alpha & Omega Yoga is based on the key principle of learning non-attachment as one of the decisive factors for a happy and fulfilled life. Life understood as a constant stream of beginnings, endings and new beginnings. Alpha & Omega Yoga sessions aim to train trust into the stream of life, acceptance of the currents and the ability to surf the waves of change and challenges. Through the practice of Yoga & Meditation we eventually learn 1) Pro-Activeness: The strength and stamina to take initiative and be in charge of our lives. 2) Flexibility: Adjusting to our needs and the ones of others, finding balance in between the two.

Bitte vereinbare deinen verbindlichen Termin per Mail unter [email protected]. Gib bei der Anmeldung auch deine USC Mitgliedsnummer mit an. Solltest du an dem Termin doch nicht teilnehmen können, melde dich bitte bis zu 12 Stunden vor Terminbeginn wieder ab. Andernfalls wird dir der Besuch von deinem monatlichen Besuchslimit abgezogen und in Rechnung gestellt.
