Enter through the door on the right, then walk up the stairs to the 5th floor. All classes are in English We offer Yoga and Pilates for all levels, taught by a warm, international teaching team. Our vision is to hold space for everyone — to move, to feel, and to connect. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned practitioner, you're welcome to practice at your own rhythm.
