OPEN is a mindful space in Berlin for community, movement, healing and connection. We embrace diversity in all its forms — welcoming all genders, sexual orientations, backgrounds, and bodies. We're happy to have you at our Sonnenallee Studio.

We offer Yoga and Pilates for all levels, taught by a warm, international teaching team.
Our vision is to hold space for everyone — to move, to feel, and to connect. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned practitioner, you're welcome to practice at your own rhythm.
Please arrive 15 minutes before class
