Yoga, Meditation & Tanz in Berlin House of Light – Healing Arts Studio Time-Based Brainwave Architecture House of Light is a neuro-informed space for intentional state transformation. We work with the full spectrum of brainwave frequencies — from deep theta and delta regulation to focused beta and gamma activation — structured according to time of day and nervous system demand. Through audiovisual brainwave entrainment, breathwork, meditation and immersive sound and sound baths , we guide the brain and body into coherent states that support clarity, creativity, emotional healing and sustainable performance. Our sessions follow a circadian rhythm logic: Morning — Regulate & Rise Activation, focus, cognitive precision (Beta & Gamma) Midday — Regulate & Create Stress release, emotional balance, creative flow (Theta, Alpha, Low Beta) Evening — Regulate & Restore Deep relaxation, emotional processing and improved sleep quality (Alpha, Low Theta, Delta) We don’t override the nervous system.
