Yoga, Meditation & Tanz in Berlin House of Light – Yoga, Dance & Healing Arts Experience a mindful blend of yoga, movement arts, and healing practices in a calm, modern space designed for stress relief, relaxation, and body-mind balance. I offer Light Baths — a meditative journey with sound, vibration, and light that promotes deep relaxation, clarity, and inner calm. I also teach Dharma Yoga, Yin Yoga, Dynamic Healing (Movement & Breathwork), and Sensual Dance (Women only). My classes combine clear guidance, deep breathing, conscious presence, and creative bodywork. Each session is accessible for all levels and helps you build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness while reducing stress. Whether you want to reconnect with yourself, explore movement, or cultivate inner calm, these classes provide a supportive, healing environment for everyone — and a safe female community for Sensual Dance. Although I am originally from Berlin, I teach in English so international members feel welcome and comfortable. My intention is to provide professional guidance, a supportive environment, and a place to truly recharge.
