Welcome to Cologne Pole Fitness @heumarkt. Newcomers: Please visit the trial class first for all Pole Dance Class. This class is called "Pole Dance Probestunde" and is taking place in each studio a few times per week. Due to the location of the studio, the door gets locked during classes. We open 15 minutes before class to let you in. Visit our website for information about your outfit or a better class overview. Don't hesitate to send your question per e-mail.

Falls du bereits Pole Dance-Erfahrung aus einem anderen Studio mitbringst, wirst du während der Probestunde entsprechend eingestuft. Gib der Trainerin oder dem Trainer bitte beim Ankommen kurz Bescheid. The "Pole Dance Trial Class" is mandatory as a first visit for all newcomers. If you already have previous Pole Dance experience from another studio, you will be assessed during the trial class and placed in the most suitable level. Please let your instructor know when you arrive.
