Free Breathing Ashtanga Yoga launched in Berlin in 2022, now based at the beautiful Here & Now studio in Prenzlauer Berg.
We offer daily ashtanga yoga classes, taught in the traditional Mysore (self practice) style. Students are individually taught the ashtanga method within a group setting.

Starting 1st November 2025, our classes will no longer be listed on Urban Sports Club. (This is due to USC degrading their partner portal).
USC members who still wish to practice with us can continue to do so using the Free Training function. With this, there is no need to book a class in advance, just turn up and scan in on the day.
However, from November we will be introducing a new minimum additional contribution for USC users of €20 per month. This is the cost of one regular single class. On your first practice each month, just purchase a single class directly from us and then you can continue to scan in for the remainder of the month as normal.
USC users can also sign up for one of our combined USC Memberships starting from as little as €60 per month. For more details, please just ask.
