HERSPACE is a brand-new, 400sqm premium studio in the city centre of Munich, designed exclusively by women for women.
We offer three spaces:
– Safe Space: Yoga, Pilates, Barre & Recovery
– Strength Club: Bootcamp, Fightclub & Women's Run Club
– Sisterhood: Reformer Pilates (not included in Urban Sports Club)
For every phase of your cycle, we offer the right training to support you – whether you need energy, balance, strength, or rest.
HERSPACE is a non-judgemental space for self-confidence and self-realisation, empowerment, growth, development, support, and community.
We can't wait to welcome you in our delicious and healthy Wellbeing-Café as well :-)

Please note that this is a binding reservation and the cancellation policy must be respected. The specific cancellation deadline will be shown during the booking process.
If you miss the cancellation deadline, the visit will be deducted from your monthly quota and charged accordingly.
Note: The check-in process via QR code at the studio remains unchanged.

- Yoga classes start exactly on time – please be punctual

Please note: There is an extra charge of 5€ for equipment such as boxing gloves, headphones, or towels, if needed.
