This is a boutique style fitness group class in order to provide each with individual attention. We will be performing bodyweight exercises that strengthen the muscles, tendons and ligaments. All exercises will be modified according to your level. Mobility and stretching exercises will also be practiced. Occasionally we will add kettlebell swings and striking on pads, all while breathing fresh air, and feeling the rays of the sun. Otherwise the visit will be deducted from your monthly visit limits and you will be charged accordingly. Classes are in English. Please bring an exercise mat or towel if you have.
