Mindful Movement with Moran Inspired by "Transformative Dance" by Hadas Fisher-Oren, we are a group of people dedicated to dance, movement and transformation. Our human bodies hold a lot of information, emotion and wisdom. Our deep wish is to support people in connecting to this wisdom by allowing authentic expression and exploring the uniqness of the body. Transformative Dance holds the power to bring the body back to the soul, to bring people closer to themselves and each other. Everyone is welcome, no experience needed - come as you are. We: Barbara, Daniela, Eme, Isa, Mariana, Moran, Sonia and Tiny. Each of us brings her own flavor and share a great passion to movement.
