GROUNDED, CALM, AND FREE OF DISTRACTIONS. ONEy is a modern Yoga studio close to nature in the Adlershof district of Berlin. All classes are suitable for Yoga newcomers, too. The teacher will guide you, and you can always adjust your pace, for example by how deep you go into a pose, or by how tight you control your breathing. GEERDET, RUHIG, UND FREI VON ABLENKUNGEN. ONEy ist ein modernes Yoga-Studio nah an der Natur im Berliner Stadtteil Adlershof. Alle Kurse sind auch für Yoga-Anfänger geeignet. Der Lehrer leitet dich, und du kannst dein Tempo jederzeit anpassen, zum Beispiel dadurch wie weit du in eine Haltung gehst, oder wie eng du deine Atmung kontrollierst. ENGLISH Mats and yoga props (block, strap, bolster and blanket) are available and free to use. Of course, you can also bring your own mat. There is no shower in the studio, but we have a washroom where you can freshen up. Please arrive 15min before class to settle in. We are looking forward to seeing you. DEUTSCH Matten und Yoga-Hilfsmittel (Block, Gurt, Bolster und Decke) stehen zur Verfügung und können kostenlos genutzt werden. Natürlich kannst du auch deine eigene Matte mitbringen. Es gibt keine Dusche im Studio, aber wir haben eine Toilette wo du dich frisch machen kannst. Bitte komme 15 Minuten vor Beginn der Klasse, um dich einzufinden. Wir freuen uns auf dich.
