Welcome to Lift Lake - a new kind of strength studio. We offer strength training classes in a beautiful and calm environment. That means no loud music, no screaming, no ego. Just a great workout at a relaxed pace. We focus on form, safety and growth over time. The key exercises from each class stay the same for a month, so you can perfect your form and challenge yourself on weight each week. This is called progressive overload and it's one of the only ways to build muscle.

    All classes are suitable for all levels. Modifications and progressions are provided by the trainers. Grip socks are mandatory. They are available for purchase or rent at the studio.
