My work focuses on therapeutic massage, a combination of the art of touch from Shiatsu and the ancestral knowledge from Traditional Chinese Medicine. I attached a great importance to the nervous system regulation allowing the body to enter a deeply relaxing state, a state into which transformation is possible. My work helps with chronic tension, stress overload, chronic fatigue, sleeping problems, menstruation pain, depression & burn-out, digestive problems as well as for those who just want to slow down and reconnect with their bodies. In my peaceful studio, located in a quiet street of Friedrichshain, each session I offer is personal and mindful, combining different touch techniques tailored for one’s own need with the intention to create a calm and reassuring environment that will help the body to soften and the nervous system to calm down. My approach is supportive, respectful and unrushed. You will be lying down on a futon for the entire session.
