Yoga in Schöneberg Evolve is a Forrest Yoga and Mindfulness based studio. Forrest Yoga is a contemporary style of yoga that involves a strong physical practice that meets you where you are (All-levels), that is deeply healing for our current day challenges: weak core, fragile back and neck and shoulders, and exhausted and overwhelmed nervous system. Our classes are All-levels with specific attention to injuries and health issues. Every class also involves compassionate hands-on assists with the permission of the student. Registration is recommended as our classes are small and tend to fill up. Once registered, cancellations needs to be done 24 hours before class begins, otherwise a class will be deducted.
