Yoga, Massage in Berlin ZBK (Zentrum für Kommunikation & Bewegung) Join Michelle for Somatic Movement! An embodied practice designed to awaken your consciousness through movement. The class blends moments of free-flowing expression with more structured guidance. Somatic refers to the body’s ability to experience, process, and respond to movement, emotions, and sensations. In this practice, you’ll be invited to explore your body’s natural rhythms and sensations—whether through mindful guidance, free-form movement, simple breathwork, or moments of stillness. The class supports you in releasing tension, enhancing body awareness, and fostering emotional expression. The class adapts to the group’s needs, offering a balance of spontaneity and guidance in a safe, supportive space for healing and meditation. Michelle is a yoga and healing practitioner. As a member of the Ayurveda Yoga & Healing Arts Academy, she has had the privilege of studying continuously with Master Kim for the past 10 years. Among the works the group does; social meditation, relationship therapy, Hatha Yoga, Tantra, and Kundalini Yoga are included.
