As an Ayurveda Yoga & Healing Arts therapist, I practice using several different forms of therapy as a bridge to yoga. First healing our physical bodies and awakening our senses to move deeper in to healing our mental bodies and beyond. Open Body work in our therapy sessions aim to bring you healing through ultimate relaxation. Techniques you may encounter during your session include Thai Therapy, Joint Release, Cranial-Sacral Therapy, Reflexology, Acupressure and Deep Tissue. ​ ​ These sessions offer a great opportunity for self care so you can walk away feeling • tranquil • free • warm • blissful • euphoric • peaceful Normally a session lasts a minimum one hour. As part of Urban Sports Club, I offer a half-hour version as a trial massage. You can also book a whole hour or hour and half for an additional payment. (Michelle speaks English)
