Mais informação sobre Pilates em Alcobaça

Pilates is an exercise method focused on strengthening the entire body, mainly by building core strength. This mat-based practice developed in the late 19th century builds strength, increases flexibility and improves posture and coordination by focusing on the muscles of the abdomen, hips and lower back.

Traditional Pilates courses are done on a mat, but variations like Pilates Reformer and Aerial Pilates employ beds, props, belts, and even hammocks to help you achieve perfect alignment.

Pilates is so versatile that it can be adapted for nearly everyone, and with an Urban Sports Club membership, you can try out a variety of classes and instructors so you can find the perfect fit. So what are you waiting for? Get off the couch, download the Urban Sports Club app and get moving!
