Sound Bathing & Yoga in Berlin Sound Bath Aroma is a soothing and relaxing experience. We begin to connect with our breath and body before lying down to experience the sound bath. The sound and vibrations of the handcrafted Himalayan singing bowls promote deeper relaxation, releases tension and helps create more harmony with body and mind. Enjoy the time for yourself to simply relax and receive. It's an inclusive practice where all genders and all levels are welcome. It's recommended to not attend for people who have metal implants, severe mental health conditions, epilepsy, acute anxiety.
