Yoga in Berlin Let's embark together on a journey to (re)connect with your body and breath, and through movement improve our physical, mental and spiritual health. We will practice amongst nature, in a natural yoga studio open air. You are welcome to bring your mat or just flow on the grass (a mat is recommended just in case). You don't need any prior yoga knowledge, the Volkspark Yogashala is open to everyone! About me: My name is Ali (they/them) and I'm a yoga teacher and sound healer. There is nothing better than connecting to your body and breath to wake up and start the day with energy and self love.
