Welcome to Mindful Warriors – your community for building physical and mental resilience and lasting connections in Munich! Whether you’re into boxing, functional training, yin yoga or looking to try ice bathing, our sessions are designed to strengthen your body and mind while connecting with like-minded people. We’re all about training outdoors, no matter the season, because we believe that connecting with nature and moving in fresh air is the key to boosting health and well-being. Mindful Warriors was created by Ekaterina and me (Nikolai) in 2024. We want to share what we’ve learned through years of education (M.Sc. in Sport & Exercise Science, Yin Yoga, Boxing, Fitness Training) and build a welcoming community where people can train, grow, and thrive together. We also host digital detox retreats in the beautiful mountains around Munich. So, whether you’re here to improve your fitness, meet new people, or challenge yourself with something new, we’re excited to welcome you!

What to bring: Wear swimming clothes underneath and bring a towel to dry off. You can also bring flip-flops and a hat to wear during the ice bathing. Warm clothes for after the ice bathing session. Please let us know if you have any serious health conditions beforehand.
