PT Studio 7 is a company that has been running for 12 years in Turkey. In 2023, we opened our new branch in Amsterdam and we wish to share our knowledge and energy with you. Our mission is helping people to enhance their life quality and reach their goals. In our pilates classes you will learn alignment and how to control your body. You will feel mobilization on you joints, correction on your posture and getting stronger.
