Informação Importante:
Our studio is within the DENIZEN space, and has its own entrance directly from the street (Self-Care Studio), so you can come straight in - or go to the front desk (Nr. 40), where there's also a USC check-in. Come at least 5-10 minutes before the class, as we like to start punctual. Feel free to bring your own mat if you want, but we have also mats, blocks and other props at the studio free of charge.
