Welcome to “Sound of Your Soul” Yoga: a safe and loving space to connect with our inner self, immerse into self-love, balance our thoughts and emotions, and release tensions and stress of our daily fast-paced life with the help of asana, pranayama (Indian breath work), meditation, the sounds of Tibetan Healing Bowls, and affirmations. In the classes, you will be guided by me, Tanja Kostyuk. I have completed multiple yoga teacher’s training (500 h) together with the Tibetan Sound Healing course in Rishikesh, India. I see yoga as a perfect tool to slow down and come back to our true selves. As I am very interested in the connection between the mind, emotions, and our body, I am adding different elements to my classes to create a holistic approach.
