Contemporary Dance Classes with Yannis Mitsos
Tanzen in Mitte & Neukölln This class will be divided into three parts: warm up exercises and dance phrases (mostly floorwork based, core activating and muscle elongating), precision exercises and dynamic dance phrases. Elongating, spiraling and falling. Powerful but also relaxed. Sharp but also soft. Dynamic and fierce. This dance class will allow dancers to make mistakes, choose and learn. Discover their bodies along the way and be proud of their effort. Expand their body consciousness and realize what a gift this body is to us and what each one of us can do with it, cannot do with it and how one can work little by little parts that need attention and care.
