Urban Sports Club Community Events - from us, for you! How you love yourself is how you teach others to love you. We believe self-love plays a big part in your overall happiness and wellbeing, which is why we would like to invite you to a special community class followed by a self-love workshop hosted by certified coach and expert Elena Miller (See more info below) at the beautiful Lotos Yoga studio in Berlin, Friedrichshain. We’ll flow together through an energizing after work Vinyasa class and then Elena will guide us through some exercises to promote self-love. Afterwards, you can enjoy some refreshments and hang out with other members of our community. See you there! It all started with a significant experience within my family that led me to learn at a young age the importance of our mental health. I began delving into topics such as self-love, gratitude, and personal development. Through this exploration I came to realize that everything is rooted in our connection with ourselves — how we feel, how we impact others, and, ultimately, how we perceive ourselves. I firmly believe that the connection to ourselves is essential and serves as the foundation for everything we experience externally.
