(The other days you'll find me in Neukölln at the other location) The studio is located in the office of Identitätsstiftung, 2nd yard, left hand. I am trained and keep learning in Thai & Yogamassage, Pilates and Somatic Yoga (Somatische Akademie Berlin) (PilatesLab Berlin) (wholistictouch.org) Thai massage, sometimes also called yoga massage, is a dynamic massage in which I use forearms, feet and legs as well as my hands. The movements are gentle and dynamic, I work with pressure and traction and mobilize joints, ligaments and tendons through movement. Classic massage techniques for the back and neck are also combined. A sequence lasts between 40 and 60 minutes and aims towards movement & relaxation of all central muscle groups. We can adapt the massage to suit your needs! The massage is traditionally carried out close to the floor on a support and with clothing - please wear comfortable cotton clothing or sportswear.
